Katakana Part 1
Welcome, Katakana is a script used for all borrowed words in Japanese (words that aren't Japanese). For example, it your name is not a Japanese one, your name will be written in Katakana. Our country, Australia, is written in Katakana オーストラリア. The Japanese don't have their own word for Hamburger so they have adapted the word to suit their pronunciation and say "Hanbaagaa”,
ハンバーガー。
